Bungalow on Bay De Noc

The Bungalow on Bay de Noc was my first home — and the project that truly sparked my love for design and renovation. I bought it after my first year in real estate, tucked on a tiny lot on the south side of Negaunee, full of charm and possibilities that others might have overlooked.

It became my hands-on classroom, teaching me how to transform a house from the ground up. I completed a full renovation, including adding a dormer for a new primary suite, and learned firsthand the value of craftsmanship, planning, and persistence. Every challenge — from tight spaces to tight budgets — pushed me to be more creative and confident in my vision.

That little bungalow holds countless memories. It was more than my first home — it was a stepping stone that shaped my eye for design, my approach to renovation, and ultimately, the path that led me into real estate development and community revitalization.
