Battle on the Beach

In 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to compete on HGTV’s Battle on the Beach Season 3, teaming up with designer Alison Victoria to completely transform a small beach house in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Over the course of the competition, we took a dated coastal property and turned it into a vibrant, livable retreat—layering shades of green and blue inspired by the sea and sky, and focusing on craftsmanship that elevated every detail. From bold design choices to meticulous finishes, our team pushed creativity and construction to the limit. We even won the Primary Suite Challenge, a moment that stood out as a proud reflection of both design vision and hands-on skill. The experience was more than a competition—it was a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and the art of transforming spaces under pressure.
